Our story: how Neuraledge AI began
Neuraledge AI started in 2023 because a few of us were tired of trading tools that felt like black boxes. We'd worked in banks and quant shops in London and Toronto, and we kept hearing the same thing from friends: "I'd love to invest, but I don't know where to start, and I don't trust the bots."
So we built something we'd happily hand to our own families. After a year of testing on historical data and a closed beta, the Neuraledge AI trading platform opened to UK and Canadian traders in 2024. It's grown a lot since, but that original promise hasn't changed.
Our mission
Our mission is to make AI-powered trading understandable, safer and genuinely useful for everyday people. That means explaining every signal, putting risk controls front and centre, and never — ever — promising guaranteed profits.
What we value
- Transparency: you should always know why a trade happened.
- Caution: protecting capital comes before chasing returns.
- Accessibility: plain English, local currencies, and a free demo for everyone.
- Accountability: real humans answer support messages, day and night.
The people behind the platform
Our team of around 40 people works across the UK and Canada. It includes machine-learning researchers, former FX desk traders, security engineers and a support crew who, frankly, know the product better than anyone. We're a mix of personalities, but we share one habit: we test everything on our own money first.
A review from one of our users
“I was honestly expecting another overhyped bot. After four months of daily use from Bristol, Neuraledge AI has become the calmest part of my trading routine. The signals come with reasons, the risk limits are strict, and my withdrawals have landed within two days every single time. It's not magic — it's just well built.”
Where we're heading
We're working on smarter portfolio balancing, more educational content and deeper support for Canadian and UK market hours. We'll keep listening, too — a lot of our best features came straight from user emails.
