Neuraledge AI1. Acceptance
These terms apply to everyone who visits neuraledge-ai.co or uses the Neuraledge AI trading platform. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade financial products where you live. Some features may not be available in every region.
3. Your account
You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access. One account per person.
4. The service
Neuraledge AI provides software that analyses markets and can place trades through third-party partner brokers. We are not a bank or broker, and we do not hold client funds.
5. Trading risk
Trading involves significant risk. AI signals are not financial advice and do not guarantee profits. You are responsible for your trading decisions and settings.
6. Fees
Registration is free. Partner brokers may charge spreads, commissions or withdrawal fees, which are disclosed before you trade.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful activity, including money laundering.
8. Intellectual property
All software, content, logos and tools — including NeuroScan, EdgeGuard and PulseSense — belong to Neuraledge AI.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or interruptions caused by market conditions, brokers or internet outages.
10. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or where the law requires.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page. Continued use means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK users and the laws of Ontario for Canadian users, unless local consumer law says otherwise.
